SHIPPING

With Reed Cutlery, you have the added bonus of all orders being insured by Reed Cutlery.  We utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipping, allowing our customers to receive shipments at either a post office box or street address.

Shipments are made daily, Monday through Saturday.  Our practice is to ship all orders within 24 hours of payment processing.  We maintain this schedule during the holiday season, however, please be mindful of the increased volume with the USPS, and possible delays.

 

Domestic Shipping Customers

Our standard shipping provider is USPS Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation for packages weighing up to one pound. In some cases, we will use USPS First Class services.  On Priority Mail services, customers will receive an email from the USPS providing them with the tracking number for their order package.  While you can track the status of your package using your USPS tracking number at www.usps.com, you may also contact us at customerservice@reedcutlery.com if you have any additional questions.

 

International Shipping Customers

For our many international customers, we use the USPS, Priority Mail International and First Class Mail International service options.  Reed Cutlery does not add fees for the shipment of international orders.  Please email us at customerservice@reedcutlery.com for exact USPS shipping charges and methods and we will work with you for the most efficient delivery possible.

You are responsible for all duty and taxes upon receipt of the purchased items, which will be sent with the respective US Customs paperwork appropriately completed.

If the USPS shipping service provides an international tracking number, you may check the status of the shipment at www.usps.com or contact us at customerservice@reedcutlery.com.

 

RETURNS

We offer a seven day money back guarantee.  This does not apply to personalized items.  Items may be returned for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping, or product exchange.  Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition, with all packaging and documentation, within 10 days after receipt.  If the return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping cost of standard USPS mail services.

We DO NOT charge a restocking fee of any kind!

To return an item, please send an email to customerservice@reedcutlery.com with your order number and the reason for return.  We will respond to you, via email.  Prior to shipping your item back to us, you must receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which will be included in the email.  The number must be included with the returned package for proper handling of your refund/exchange.
